Position Papers
All delegates are expected to write, and then send to their chairs, a position paper.
What is a position paper?
A position paper is a document with the condensed research a delegate has done for the conference. It contains a couple of paragraphs; these discuss the topics that are to be debated, your country's position in relation to said topics, as well as potential solutions that your country would deem viable. There should be at least a paragraph per topic, and a maximum of 1 page per topic. All data and sources used should be cited in the bibliography before in MLA8 format. Plagiarism is taken seriously at CIMUN.
